Synopsis:
This film focusses on a group of people who in the early eighties squatted a house in the centre of Amsterdam. Eight years later the once ideological group has slowly fallen apart. Some have radicalised their fight against society, others have adapted. Now with the upcoming acquisition of the building by local authorities, each member of the group is confronted with what is left of their one-time ideals. In an almost documentary style the feature SQUATTERS DELIGHT gives us a view of the 1989 squatters’ movement from the inside.
