Synopsis:
Wheels is a short feature about two people who meet in a commercial and embark on a brief love affair. Wheels is a miniature providing a picture of Holland as a country surrounded by raging seas and within its dikes people cycle into the wind- obsessed by feelings of charity. It is a country you can love, but it also makes you laugh.
